Today, Gnatek is the founder and principal of Westbrook Investigations & Consulting, LLC, where he provides professional investigative services to law firms, corporations, and private clients. His decades of hands on investigative experience, combined with a deep understanding of legal standards and courtroom dynamics, make him a trusted asset for litigation support, case consultation, and internal investigations.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleary University, graduating summa cum laude, and is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University’s School of Police Staff and Command. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Leadership at Wayne State University, strengthening his capabilities in strategic management and organizational leadership.
